With the start of the fall semester comes new opportunities and marks the end of summer. The abrupt transition to online learning has no doubt been an arduous experience for all. Such an unprecedented turn of events coupled with the civil state of affairs has left many in a state of disarray. We're thankful for our peers, faculty, and administration as a whole for bearing with us and helping to make this transition as smooth as possible. Member turn out was a general concern lingering in our periphery, though this was swiftly quelled at the meeting's start. We were overjoyed at the chance to be able to welcome so many new members to the Psi Chi community, and to see returning members as well. Lead by president Kelly Nguyen and vice president Daniela Navarro, we introduced Psi Chi as an organization elucidating our mission statement and purpose. During the meeting, we answered questions from our members, briefly touched on WPA, membership benefits, research opportunities and ended with an executive board introduction. As we prepare for events to come, it's heartwarming to see so many eager academics taking the initiative to become involved despite the circumstances, and for that; we cannot thank them enough. https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1-9tya0-pp3WkkPUujvz1kuTLTGULwM3cYf92Du0v6OA/edit?usp=sharing
